Leslie Abreo joined Andrew Kalotay Associates in January 1998. He currently oversees the AKAnalytics divison, directing new product development, and managing client support.

Leslie previously worked at a large privately held trading firm. He holds a BBA in finance from Baruch College and received an MS in financial engineering from Polytechnic University. He has taken several graduate courses at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University and has co-authored (with Andrew Kalotay) papers on various aspects of debt management.

He has led the development of the AKA Survivor's Option Bond Calculator and after-tax analytics for municipal bonds. He has recently published an article with Andy Kalotay on selecting the right insurance plan when insuring callable bonds.
